📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Own and drive service delivery performance and operational stability for HR and payroll systems.
• Manage a team of support agents, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and maintain best practices for application support and service delivery.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR and payroll solutions.
• Continuously improve service offerings by gathering feedback and implementing enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application support processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application support, IT support, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing a team of support agents.
• Strong knowledge of HR and payroll systems, including SAP, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
