📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research to identify new retail opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Visit and engage with local retailers, supermarkets, and modern market vendors to promote our products.
• Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with potential partners.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales promotions and campaigns.
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to network with industry professionals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our retail partners.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, retail, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
