📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage the company's payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries,Prepare and submit financial statements to the relevant authorities,Monitor and control the company's cash flow and budget,Assist in the preparation of annual financial reports,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
