In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting department, including budgeting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintaining financial records.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.,Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure high levels of performance and professionalism.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
