📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet facilities, including tables, chairs, and decorations.,Greet and welcome guests, providing excellent customer service.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during the event.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, ensuring it is ready for the next event.,Assist in the breakdown and cleanup of banquet facilities after the event.,Collaborate with the event coordinator to ensure all event details are met.,Provide feedback on guest satisfaction and suggest improvements for future events.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a hospitality or event staff role is preferred but not required.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
