📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Create and maintain business process models using tools like Visio and Lucidchart.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business and technical teams.
- Develop and maintain user stories and use cases.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing processes.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
