📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities in the E-Telehealth and Digital Health sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and technology partners.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and propose innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of the healthcare industry.
• Manage and track business development initiatives, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development efforts.
• Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to stay abreast of the latest developments and trends.
• Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on the status of business development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, particularly in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the E-Telehealth and Digital Health sectors, including relevant technologies and platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools and software, such as Epic, Cerner, or other electronic health record (EHR) systems.
