📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.,Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.,Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and projects.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.,Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify market trends and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a similar role, preferably in the same industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
