📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics and transportation division, ensuring that we meet and exceed our customers' expectations.
• Develop and implement strategies that will drive our growth and success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the logistics and transportation industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry, including industry trends, best practices, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
