In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance.,Monitor network performance and resolve any issues that arise.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Train employees on the use of new IT systems and software.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Document IT procedures and maintain records of system changes.,Provide assistance to the IT Manager in the planning and execution of IT projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical troubleshooting and repair skills.Networking and system administration skills.Experience with IT security best practices.Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.Experience with IT project management and documentation.
