PT Pilar Maju is looking for an experienced Deputy Technical Writer to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 3.000.000 – Rp 5.000.000 per month.

As a Deputy Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.
  • Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create user guides and other customer-facing materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of technical writing processes and procedures.
  • Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
