In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure cost efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing delivery routes.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience driving a variety of vehicles.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
