Duta Sari Tea is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Klaten, Jawa Tengah. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our tea plantation and processing facilities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the tea plantation and processing facilities.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards for tea production.
  • Manage and supervise a team of operational staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in corporate initiatives and projects.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the tea industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of operational best practices and quality assurance standards.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid model.
