📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.,Create and implement new menu items and specials.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certification.
