📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Monitor and maintain the performance of our IT infrastructure.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.,Provide training and support to new employees in the IT department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.,Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Basic understanding of networking concepts.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.,Basic proficiency in English.
