📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.,Monitor production processes and implement quality control measures.,Coordinate with the production team to address any issues or bottlenecks.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Support the production manager in achieving production targets.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.,Train and mentor junior staff to improve overall performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
