As a Junior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing them with information and assistance as needed.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is always welcoming and presentable.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications to the appropriate department.,Assist with check-in and check-out processes for guests and visitors.,Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and other relevant information.,Assist with inventory management and ordering for the reception area.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using computer software and basic office equipment.,Familiarity with Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and workloads.
