Pratama Software is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Production Operator to join our team in Samarinda. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production process to ensure high-quality output and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production operations and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure high-quality output and efficiency.,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.,Monitor production equipment and ensure it is maintained and calibrated properly.,Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure product quality.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available for production.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure they are up-to-date with production processes and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production operations and processes.,Proven track record of success in managing and improving production efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production operations.
