The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and comfortable dining environment.,Manage the restaurant's budget and profitability, working closely with the finance team to achieve targets.,Lead and develop a team of restaurant staff, providing training and support to ensure high levels of performance.,Implement and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in the restaurant.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the restaurant meets its targets.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and procurement, to ensure the restaurant's success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role in the restaurant industry.,Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu planning and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures in the restaurant industry.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
