📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and managing the sales promotion team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Developing and implementing effective sales promotion strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales.,Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients to foster long-term business growth.,Creating and delivering engaging and persuasive sales presentations to potential customers.,Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to ensure that sales promotion efforts align with overall business goals.,Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales promotion or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
