📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring they meet their targets and deliver high-quality hires.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure we find the right candidates.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.,Maintain a strong employer brand and represent the company at career fairs and industry events.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in managing and leading a team.
