FORGE Nusantara is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring our training team, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality training programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and implement effective training programs that meet the needs of our employees and align with company objectives.,Manage and mentor the training team, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality training programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are aligned with business goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas where training and development can be most effective.,Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.,Evaluate and assess the performance of the training team and provide feedback and coaching as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success in designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of training and development best practices and trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
