📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations including inventory, warehousing, and transportation.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on logistics performance.,Train and mentor junior staff on logistics best practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of managing and optimizing logistics operations.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards related to logistics.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
