Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational processes and make recommendations for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations,Monitor and manage the company's budget and financial performance,Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of employees,Maintain a safe and secure work environment for all employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
