Sentral Gita Bakery is looking for a talented Senior Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent to support our company's growth. This is a full-time position located in Jambi, with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 6.000.000 to Rp 9.000.000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to identify talent gaps and opportunities.,Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other partners to expand the talent pool.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress towards hiring goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends in Jambi.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
