📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our software products,Work closely with the development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Collaborate with other stakeholders to gather information and feedback on our documentation,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy,Develop and implement processes and tools to improve our technical writing workflow,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Proficient in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
