📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing daily menu plans.,Oversee the preparation of food in the kitchen, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Participate in culinary events and special projects as required.,Assist in the development of new menu items and recipes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.,Strong culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisines.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and POS systems.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
