📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the mining value chain.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and monitor risk indicators.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Leverage risk management tools such as SAP GRC, RiskSense, or similar software.
• Provide risk management training and support to employees.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to manage third-party risks.
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in risk management, particularly in the mining industry.
• Certification in risk management (e.g., CISM, CRISC, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO ERM).
• Proficiency in risk management software such as SAP GRC, RiskSense, or similar.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk management strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
