📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain fabric inventory using warehouse management software such as SAP or Oracle.
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing fabric materials.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain high quality standards.
Monitor stock levels and implement reordering processes to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure and efficient working environment.
Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse procedures and best practices.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role in the textile industry.
Proven experience with warehouse management software such as SAP or Oracle.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with inventory control processes and best practices.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse environments.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
