🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in fintech, with a focus on digital banking, mobile payments, or fintech startups.
• Proven track record of successfully leading fintech projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of Indonesia's financial landscape and regulatory environment.
• Proficiency in using fintech tools and platforms such as Mambu, Fiserv, or Jack Henry.
• Certification in fintech or related fields is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
