📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and document business requirements to identify IT solutions that meet our clients' needs.
• Design and implement technical solutions using SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into our banking operations.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain high service levels.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our banking solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams on new systems and processes.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT technical analysis, with a focus on banking and financial services.
• Certifications in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and industry standards.
