Indonesia Huabao Industrial Park is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Supervisor to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and maintaining optimal inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning and inventory control, excellent English communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and company goals.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.,Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of production orders.,Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production and inventory data.,Train and mentor junior staff in production planning and inventory control processes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.,Proven experience in production planning and inventory control.,Strong understanding of ERP systems and inventory management software.,Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
