📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to optimize our e-commerce platforms.
• Manage and optimize our online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to improve the user experience on our e-commerce websites.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our digital marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Provide training and support to the sales and marketing teams on digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Work closely with our IT department to ensure the smooth operation of our e-commerce platforms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus.
