📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other critical infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure the safety and efficiency of all facilities.
• Coordinate with other departments to address any facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor and manage the budget for facilities and utilities, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Collaborate with the hotel management to implement new facilities and utilities projects, ensuring they align with the hotel's overall vision and goals.
• Provide regular reports to management on the status of facilities and utilities, highlighting any issues and recommended solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities and utilities management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Certification in facilities management (e.g., CFM, RMP) is a plus.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on cost-effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools such as SAP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
