📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide comprehensive prenatal, labor and delivery, and postnatal care to mothers and newborns.
• Monitor and manage high-risk pregnancies and deliveries.
• Administer vaccinations and provide family planning services.
• Educate patients and their families on maternal and neonatal health.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Use electronic medical records (EMR) and patient monitoring systems to enhance the quality of care.
• Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest medical advancements.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Licensed Midwife with a minimum of 3 years of experience in maternal and neonatal care.
• Certification in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and patient monitoring systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
